4. Can I supply my own garments for customisation?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own items. Just make sure they’re clean and suitable for embroidery or printing.
5. What formats do you accept for logos or artwork?

We prefer high-resolution files like SVG, PDF or EPS. If you’re unsure, just upload what you have — and we’ll guide you from there.
